Frequently Asked Questions
How accurate is the BaZi reading?
Our BaZi calculations use the taibu-core engine, which implements traditional Chinese metaphysics with true solar time correction and 51 types of Shen Sha (spiritual stars). The calculation is mathematically precise based on your birth data. However, interpretation is subjective and should be viewed as guidance, not prediction.
How do you match crystals to elements?
In Chinese Five Elements theory, each crystal has a natural element correspondence based on its color, mineral composition, and traditional classification. For example, yellow/golden crystals (Citrine, Gold Rutilated Quartz) belong to Metal, green crystals (Green Phantom, Jade) belong to Wood, blue crystals (Aquamarine, Lapis Lazuli) belong to Water, red crystals (Garnet, Carnelian) belong to Fire, and brown/earthy crystals (Tiger's Eye, Smoky Quartz) belong to Earth.
Are the crystals authentic?
Yes. All our crystals are sourced from verified suppliers and come with certificates of authenticity. We stand behind every piece we sell with a 30-day return policy.
How long does shipping take?
US orders: 5-7 business days. International orders: 7-14 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not satisfied with your crystal bracelet, simply return it for a full refund.
Is my data safe?
Your birth data is used only for the reading calculation and is never shared with third parties. We use SSL encryption for all transactions and follow GDPR compliance standards.
Can I wear multiple crystal bracelets at once?
Absolutely! Many people wear bracelets for 2-3 elements that need support. Just be mindful of element interactions — avoid wearing crystals for elements that clash with each other (e.g., Fire and Water in equal measure might create tension).
Do I need to cleanse my crystals?
Traditional practice recommends cleansing crystals before first use and periodically thereafter. Common methods include moonlight bathing, smudging with sage, or placing on a selenite charging plate.
